Together with my friend Peter, I visit people in the spaces that define their work and lives, to photograph them in their world.“
I move through urban spaces with my camera, searching for those fleeting encounters that reveal more than just the passing moment. Street photography is my way of making hidden stories visible – driven by art, everyday life, and a deep curiosity to understand people and the narratives behind them.
Captured through the uncompromising lens of the Leica Monochrom system, my work explores this timeless interplay of light and shadow, bringing the raw reality of urban life into focus.

At Art Basel, the silhouette of a visitor dissolves into the background artwork, blurring the lines between spectator and masterpiece. A testament to my love for intertwining foreground and background into one visual story. Photography by Carmine Castelli.
